Shipping Information For Fabric

• Please allow 2-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped out to you for all pre-made products

• We will make every effort to ship your items within 2 business days, but sometimes we may take an extra few days due to increased activity

• We use Canada Post or UPS for all deliveries

• However due to holidays and unforeseen delays we cannot make any shipping time guarantees. We are not responsible for lost orders, although we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely. 

Shipping Information For Pre-Order(and custom) Products

• Due to the nature of pre-order or customized products (such as bags, masks, pouches, etc.) processing times will vary depending on the project and an estimate will be provided to you upon agreement of purchase. 

• We will make every effort to ship your items within 2 business days of completion of the product, but sometimes we may take an extra few days due to increased activity (i.e. Christmas rushes etc.)

• We use Canada Post and UPS for all deliveries

Orders shipping to the US and International destinations:

Sorry at this time, we are only shipping and selling within CANADA.  We will be planning for US and International shopping in the future.
